Lawnotes4u was founded by Naresh Kumar Lotasra, a qualified legal professional, advocate, and educator. Believing that quality legal resources should be easily accessible to every student, Naresh established this platform to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical legal understanding.

Professional Credentials & Qualifications:

  • Academic Background: Holds a Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B.) (2018) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) (2020).
  • UGC NET Qualified: Successfully cleared the national-level UGC NET Law examination, demonstrating advanced expertise in core legal subjects.
  • Professional Experience: Actively practiced as an Advocate from 2018 to 2024, bringing invaluable practical courtroom insights into theoretical study materials.
  • Academic Teaching: Served as an Assistant Professor of Law since dec 2024, mastering the art of teaching by breaking down complex legal doctrines into easily understandable form for students.
